Nearly 100 companies, including Bandhan Bank, HUDCO, Manappuram Finance, NBCC, Mahanagar Gas, Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders, Natco Pharma, LIC Housing Finance and others, have fixed their record dates for dividends for the week between August 17 (Monday) and August 21 (Friday).
Interested investors need to hold shares of these companies in their demat accounts on or before the record date to be eligible for corporate actions. The list remains tentative as more companies may announce record dates for dividends, bonus issues and stock splits during the week.
Here is a day-wise list of corporate actions to watch out for this week:
Around 14 companies are set to turn ex-record date for their respective corporate actions on Monday. Bandhan Bank, HUDCO and Indo Count Industries have each fixed Monday as the record date for their dividends worth Rs 1.5 per share each.
The Yamuna Syndicate however accounts for the highest dividend payout among the stocks turning ex-record date on Monday, as the company is set to pay a dividend of Rs 500 per share. SKF India will pay Rs 20 per share, while NBCC will pay Rs 0.15 per share. Plastiblends India and Panama Petrochem will each pay Rs 3 per share, while Manappuram Finance and Hisar Metal Industries will each pay a dividend of Rs 1 each.
Other stocks turning ex-record date for their respective dividends on Monday include Delta Corp (Rs 0.5 per share), Fabtech Technologies (Rs 0.6 per share) and Silver Touch Technologies (Rs 0.1 per share).
Meanwhile, smallcap menswear garment maker Bizotic Commercial has fixed August 17 (Monday) as the record date for its 5:1 bonus issue.
Around 18 companies are scheduled to turn ex-date for their respective corporate actions on Tuesday, August 18. Bombay Oxygen Investments accounts for the highest dividend payout among the stocks turning ex-date on Tuesday, declaring a final dividend of Rs 25 per share. It is followed by Mahanagar Gas, which will trade ex-dividend for a final dividend of Rs 18 per share.
Meanwhile, India Gelatine & Chemicals will pay a dividend of Rs 6 per share, while Forbes Precision Tools And Machine Parts, Sun TV Network, and Thejo Engineering have each announced dividends of Rs 5 per share. Jullundur Motor Agency (Delhi) will pay Rs 3 per share, Seshaasai Technologies will pay Rs 2.50 per share, and Ecos (India) Mobility & Hospitality and Vasundhara Rasayans will pay Rs 2.38 and Rs 2 per share, respectively. Route Mobile will also pay a dividend of Rs 2 per share.

Page Industries accounts for the highest dividend payout among the stocks turning ex-record date on Wednesday, as the company is set to pay an interim dividend of Rs 200 per share. Bata India will pay Rs 25 per share, Honda India Power Products will pay Rs 23 per share, and LG Balakrishnan & Bros will pay Rs 22 per share.
