Jul 21, 2026 10:54 AM IST Jairam Ramesh recalls Dhankhar's resignation, attacks Centre over handling of student issues Congress general secretary Jairam Ramesh on Tuesday recalled the resignation of former Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar, alleging that he was forced to step down after voicing concern over farmers' issues.
In a post on X, Ramesh claimed the Ce ntre's "insensitivity and apathy" seen then was now reflected in its response to the concerns of students and youth.
