The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has announced the complete counselling schedule for WBJEE 2026 undergraduate admissions.
Eligible candidates can register, pay the counselling fee and fill their choices from June 30 to July 5.
The three-round counselling process, including seat allotments and admissions, will continue through July, ending on July 30.
WBJEE counselling 2026: The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has released the complete counselling schedule for WBJEE 2026 admissions to undergraduate programmes in Engineering, Technology and Architecture.
Eligible candidates can register for the counselling process from June 30, with the first phase of registration, fee payment, and choice filling remaining open until July 5.The counselling process will facilitate admissions to government, government-aided and self-financed (private) institutions across West Bengal.
Candidates will be required to complete registration, pay the counselling fee and submit their preferred choices within the prescribed timeline to be considered for seat allotmenRegistration, choice filling begin According to the schedule released by the board, the counselling portal will remain open from June 30 to July 5, 2026, for candidate registration, payment of the registration fee and choice filling.
During the same period, applicants will also be allowed to modify and lock their choices before the deadline.The first round of seat allotment results will be declared on July 7, 2026.Candidates allotted seats in the first round will have to pay the seat acceptance fee and report to their allotted institutes for document verification and admission between July 7 and July 11, 2026, if they do not opt for upgradation or receive their first-choice institution.
Second round counselling The board will reopen the counselling portal for the second round of registration and fresh choice filling from July 13 to July 17, 2026.The second round seat allotment result will be announced on July 21, 2026.Freshly allotted candidates must complete seat acceptance, report to their allotted institutions for document verification and admission, or exercise the withdrawal option, between July 21 and July 23, 2026.Third round offers another opportunity Candidates who remain unallotted or wish to participate further will get another opportunity during the third round of counselling.Fresh registration and choice filling for the third round will be conducted from July 24 to July 26, 2026.
