A Special Executive Magistrate (SEM) court on Sunday (October 11, 2026) morning directed Delhi Police to release Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) activists Abhijeet Dipke, Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka from detention.

They were brought before the magistrate around 9 a.m. following their detention at the Indira Gandhi International airport on October 10.

Ranka were travelling to Delhi to join a proposed demonstration at Jantar Mantar which was planned to demand the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar.
