For example, candidates applying for Deputy Manager (IT) - Application Developer must have a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT) or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) with at least 60% marks.
They must also have three years of relevant experience.For the Assistant Manager posts, the required qualifications include master's degrees, Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) qualification, engineering degrees and other relevant qualifications, depending on the post.The maximum age limit is 35 years for Deputy Manager and 30 years for Assistant Manager posts.
