Active Cornwall coordinates the walks in partnership with Ramblers UK and other local partners across the county with the aim of helping people of all ages stay healthy and connected.
Led by trained volunteers and held over coast paths and garden estates to town parks, the walks range from 10 to 90 minutes and are aimed at all abilities.
Kathryn, who takes part in walks at Heligan Gardens near Mevagissey, noted the walks helped lift her spirits when she felt down.
